This one-day course is an overview of the Balanced Scorecard, providing participants with an insight into how this tool can assist translate vision and strategy into objectives and, critically, measures that monitor the improvements that can be achieved by the organization. The course, with its emphasis on both concepts and practice, will provide a framework to help them in implementing business strategy. The Balanced Scorecard also recognizes the existence and importance of other stakeholder interests and the need to “balance” the traditional financial business perspective with these interests.
