This two-day course is designed to assist participants in understanding how to use this internationally recognized ISO 31000 Standard on managing risk effectively. The training focuses on establishing the context, identifying the risks, analyzing the risks, evaluating the risks, treating the risks, monitoring and reviewing. Participants will be able to develop; implement and monitor risk management plan(s) in their organization.
