This two-day training is a series of workshops preceded by short tutorials. The workshops cover the most significant issues when implementing an occupational health and safety management system . It examines how to develop an OHS management system, focusing on the essential implementation actions. It will provide participants with the training to participants in applying and implementing OHSAS 18001:2007 and/or MS 1722 Part 1 This includes gaining knowledge in designing, documenting and implementing OHSAS 18001:2007, OHS management systems. The course will cover identifying OHS hazards and risks which are the basis for developing an OHS management system, risk assessment/risk Control, identify Legal and Other Obligations and developing an Implementation Plan. It will provide participants with information on preparation of the procedures and processes required for implementing an effective OHS.
